The ECK Light and Sound Service is a program that includes an opening reading and HU song, an open discussion of the topic, and a spiritual exercise that includes HU (the most beautiful prayer) among other features.


Eckankar is a teaching for all who love God, no matter your religious beliefs. All are welcome.
